This 2017 Vintage of Merlot is the result of harvesting grapes from the Coombsville region, a distinct subappellation of Napa Valley just east of the city of Napa. Coombsville wines can be recognized by their typically soft but significant tannins which provide excellent structure and mouthfeel along with underlying layers of earth and mineral flavors.

Dark fruit flavors from sweet mulberry to savory black olive. Our Syrah has a front loaded burst of flavor that tapers off and then has a spicy, peppery yet soft note on the finish. Though complex, it is soft on the palate and can be enjoyed with or without pood pairings.
Awards: - Silver Medal (El Dorado County Fair) - Bronze Medal (California State Fair)
Big, bold Sierra Foothills 2017 Petite Syrah. Full bodied with deep red berries up front and a spicy, smooth finish.
